Hickory Smoked Pastured Pork

Our pulled pork is slowly smoked over hickory logs for 8 hours, then pulled and cooked sous vide until it's tender enough to melt in your mouth. We use pork shoulders and hams to create a flavorful mix of cuts. The product is not sauced, and seasoned with our very own sugar-free barbecue rub. 

This product ships frozen in a 40 oz. package

INGREDIENTS: PORK, WATER, PAPRIKA, CHILI POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, CAYENNE, GARLIC, KOSHER SALT, ONION, ALLSPICE, PORK FLAVOR (PORK STOCK, FLAVOR, SALT).
